Placemakr launched an apartment-style hospitality property in Huntsville, Alabama, that offers both residential units and short-term stays, the company announced Wednesday. 
Located within a newly constructed luxury apartment building, Placemakr Huntsville at Anthem House has a total of 330 studio, studio-plus and one-bedroom accommodations offering “home-like comfort across any length of stay,” according to the company. 
The property will benefit from multiple extended stay demand drivers in the Huntsville market, including the city’s aerospace industry, according to Placemakr CEO Jason Fudin. The launch comes as Placemakr expands its apartment-style accommodations portfolio nationwide.
