Salad and Go opened its fourth new location of 2024 on Wednesday, June 12, in Mesa near Baseline Road. The popular fast-casual restaurant franchise specializing in affordable, made-to-order salads celebrated the opening by partnering with local nonprofits A New Leaf and Paz de Cristo to donate hundreds of fresh salads made by employees-in-training at the new store, according to a release. The nonprofits provide services and support to people struggling with poverty and homelessness.
