Banner Health has been using sale-leasebacks for their properties in Tucson and recently sold the property at 2701 – 2731 East Elvira Road in Tucson for $3.9 million for the 111,752-square-foot medical office facility.
The investor is an affiliate of Sason Organization, a Miami-based real estate investment firm. The seller, Banner Health, will continue to occupy the property as part of the sale-leaseback.
