The city of Surprise has approved plans for an amenity center at Artisan at Asante, a new community that will add 2,700 homes in the fastest growing area of Surprise. Construction of the 13,000-square-foot clubhouse is expected to begin this fall, while homebuilders are giving potential buyers a sneak peek of model homes this weekend.
