Rockefeller Group, a leading real estate developer, owner and operator, announced today that Brandon Dillingham has joined the company as Managing Director, Southwest Development. As Managing Director, Mr. Dillingham will oversee the development process for the company’s projects in Greater Phoenix, including the two build-to-rent (BTR) communities, both branded Corsica Villas, in Phoenix; and Sol38, a 360-unit garden-style apartment community in Laveen, Ariz. Mr. Dillingham will also focus on expanding the company’s office, residential and industrial portfolio in the region.
