Meridian West moves ahead with mixed-use project, District Downtown, after Chandler’s Planning & Zoning Commission approval

Meridian West AZ/202 LLC has amended earlier plans since original approval in 2022. The biggest difference in the site plans is the amount of office and commercial space proposed. Instead of four buildings and 360,000 square feet of new office, those plans have been cut down to two buildings and 72,000 square feet. The 2022 vision had plans for 11 buildings and more than 125,000 square feet of commercial space, while the updated plans have eight buildings and 45,115 square feet proposed.
