Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. announced the addition of New Home Co. to the roster of homebuilders at Teravalis™, the company’s new community located in the Phoenix West Valley. New Home Co. joins Brightland Homes, Century Communities, Courtland Communities, KB Home and Lennar as homebuilders for Floreo, the first village of Teravalis. Floreo is under development, slated for a grand opening in 2025, and is expected to deliver the first 8,000+ homes in Teravalis over the next decade.
