Tempe-based Sun State Builders broke ground on two new industrial office projects – one in Glendale and one in Phoenix during September. The design-build general contractor company also finished construction on a new warehouse office space at the Deer Valley Technology Park in North Phoenix.

Construction is under way in Glendale on a ground-up build for WorkBay, a company that provides flexible workspace for small businesses. This complex of five buildings totaling 80,082 square feet is at 7915 N Harbor Blvd., near Northern and 99th avenues.
