Construction is underway on a new 59-acre planned community located at the southeast corner of Ocotillo and Gantzel roads in San Tan Valley. The development, called Terraza, will have 170 homes when it is completed, according to developer, Tri Pointe Homes.

“Tri Pointe Homes is committed to San Tan Valley’s long-term growth, and we’re excited to offer new homes to meet the evolving needs of this area, stated Tri Pointe Homes Arizona’s Division President James Attwood in a press release.
