Life Time Living Tower, a 300-unit apartment project at PV, the former site of the Paradise Valley Mall. The $150 million project combines developer RED Development and Life Time, the company behind fitness country clubs.

The Life Time Living, at 4568 East Cactus Road, will be its fifth location. The project is part of the PV Phoenix development by RED Development, located on the former site of the Paradise Valley Mall.
