Desert Vistas (Tucson) SPV, LLC ( Avanti Properties Group of Florida) recently closed on approximately 399 acres near SR 83 and Interstate 10 for $4.5 million ($11,306 per acre). The land was purchased from the Khan Family of Tucson.

The property is located strategically along Interstate 10 and has convenient access to Tucson's largest employers. It is also within the award-winning Vail School District. The property will be held for investment.
