Barclay Group, a nationally recognized real estate development firm, continues to execute on in its retail development strategy with the delivery of seven Kroger-anchored shopping centers over the last fifteen months. Recent deliveries include two shopping center openings in January 2025 – Morrison Ranch in Gilbert, AZ, anchored by Fry’s Marketplace (Kroger) which opened January 31st, and Flying Horse in Colorado Springs, CO, anchored by King Sooper’s Marketplace (Kroger) which opened on January 22nd.
