Seattle-based residential hospitality management company Reside announced Monday the opening of Papago Hotel by Reside, a newly renovated 70-unit hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona, that will operate under the Trademark Collection by Wyndham brand, according to a release obtained by Hotel Dive.
Located 6 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, the hotel preserves much of its 1950s aesthetic with vibrant turquoise walls, mid-century furniture and a retro Airstream trailer parked at the front entrance.
This property opening comes after the launch of an alliance between Reside and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts last year, and further illustrates Wyndham’s ongoing efforts to grow its presence in key markets.
