XNRGY Climate Systems has completed its first manufacturing facility in the U.S., a 275,000-square-foot property in Mesa, Ariz. Production will begin next month.

The facility is the first phase of a 1 million-square-foot sustainable manufacturing and headquarters campus. The four-phase project’s total investment value was set at $300 million.

The Canada-based company is focused on expanding its production capacity in the U.S., to meet the growing demand in the data center market. The Arizona property currently has 130 employees, with the company expecting to add 300 new jobs by the end of the year.
