CBRE’s Nancy McClure and Dave Leathers, D.E. Johnson & Associates, Inc., represented Hobby Lobby in negotiating a 54,027-square-foot lease at 1214 East Florence Blvd., in Casa Grande, Ariz.

Hobby Lobby is taking a portion of a former K-Mart store in the Casa Grande Mall, at the northwest corner of Florence Blvd. & Colorado Street. This will be Hobby Lobby’s first store in Casa Grande and is expected to open on Friday, April 25.
