Wespac Construction, Inc. is proud to officially break ground on the new Sprouts Farmers Market Headquarters, a dynamic mixed-use campus in the heart of North Phoenix. This milestone marks the beginning of an exciting journey alongside our valued project partners: Sprouts Farmers Market, Trammell Crow Company, RSP Architects, Keyser, and JLL.

Located within the CityNorth development near 56th Street and the Loop 101, the future Sprouts campus will span more than 180,000 SF across seven acres. The centerpiece is a four-story, 144,500 SF Class A office building that will become the new home for Sprouts’ growing corporate team. Also included are a 25,000 SF flagship Sprouts grocery store, 11,000 SF of high-end retail and restaurant space, and a three-story parking garage.
