Newport Beach-based MIG Real Estate has purchased Seventy5 Business Park, a four-building industrial infill park totaling 222.4k sf in Phoenix, for $46.75 mil ($210/sf). The seller was Baron Properties, based out of Denver.

Seventy5 Business Park sits on 14.4 acres at 7150 West Roosevelt St. The park features flexible small bay sizes, abundant loading capabilities with common area truck wells, and fully built-out office spaces. It is currently 95% leased to a diverse roster of 33 tenants.
