Brenna Lacey of VOLK Company recently completed two major commercial real estate transactions totaling more than $12 million within Marketplace at the Bridges, a dynamic 110-acre mixed-use project that continues to attract national retailers, entertainment venues, and hospitality brands. Located along I-10 between Kino Parkway and Park Avenue, Marketplace at the Bridges has become one of Tucson’s most sought-after retail destinations—anchored by high-performing Costco and Walmart Supercenter locations.
In the larger of the two recent deals, Lacey represented Tucson Retail LLC in the $10,100,000 investment sale of a long-term ground lease to TMY BPS Tucson LLC, which is ground-leasing the site at 1500 E Tucson Marketplace Blvd. to Bass Pro Shops. The transaction closed on July 15, 2025, and reflects strong investor demand for triple-net (NNN) retail investments backed by iconic national brands.
