CBRE's Asher Gunter, Matt Pesch, Sean Cunningham, and Austin Groen represented the seller, High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company (TCC). Pillar Communities and Private Portfolio Group acquired Huxley Scottsdale, marking the companies’ 36th acquisition in the Phoenix area since inception. Pillar Communities and Private Portfolio Group currently own 11 properties in metro Phoenix.
