The first housing complex along Tucson’s refurbished Sunshine Mile is in the works.
Developers are planning to build about 270 units on the southeast corner of East Broadway and South Euclid Avenue with models ranging in size from 470-square-foot studios to 1,386-square-foot, 4-bedroom units.
The developer, Sloane McFarland, has partnered with St. Louis-based Ridgehouse Companies.
Located on the site of a former Volvo dealership, the Welcome Broadway complex will feature one 4-story and one 5-story complex with colorful murals designed by local artists.
