Villas Goodyear and Villas Litchfield Park, two new rental communities in the West Valley, held ribbon-cutting ceremonies on Sept. 16 and 17, marking the official opening of both properties.

Located at 870 S. Sarival Ave., Villas Goodyear offers one- and two-bedroom apartment homes in a gated community. The property features a resort-style pool and spa, grill areas, social park, and community gardens with citrus trees. The single-story villas are designed to provide privacy, with no neighbors above or below.
