Sun State Builders announced it broke ground March 6 on a new warehouse and office facility in the Chandler Airpark area.

Avion Square is a 39,620-square-foot, ground-up build designed for future tenants located at Germann and Cooper Roads, according to a news release.

The “spec” building adjacent to the airport will offer flex space available for one or multiple tenants, the release states.
