Highlights
A second Dutch Bros is proposed near the Mall at Sierra Vista, at El Mercado Loop and Calle Mercancia. The project is in city review, but building plans have not yet been submitted.
A second Culver's has reached a major milestone. The city issued a tenant-improvement permit Aug. 12 to convert the former Pizza Hut Bistro on Fry Boulevard into the restaurant.
Several more restaurants are in the pipeline, including 7 Brew Coffee, Whataburger, Joe's Italian Restaurant and Nonni's Copper Forno, even as Schlotzsky's has closed.
