Serial entrepreneur Tony Mangat is opening a new luxury storage facility in Glendale, dubbed MG Storage Condos, designed to house vehicles such as boats, RVs and classic cars. The facility, located at the southeast corner of Glendale Avenue and New River Road, will offer several sizes of climate-controlled, customizable storage spaces.

“We’re going to have AC in them, and we’re also going to have water and sewer in there," Mangat said.
Other amenities are set to include a 24/7, 1,100-square-foot clubhouse with Wi-Fi, an on-site boat washing area and a dump station. The Glendale location is set to open in 12-18 months, with a total development cost of roughly $21 million, Mangat said.

Condo reservations are currently available; Mangat said that as of June 10, roughly 20 had been reserved. Prices start at $325 per foot, he said.
