New Jersey-based Hovnanian Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: HOV) has filed a zoning request with the city of Scottsdale for a parcel of land that once was home to Rawhide Western Town and Steakhouse. To be called Aria at Silverstone, this two-story community would be built on 16.3 gross acres at the northeast corner of Scottsdale Road and Williams Drive, according to public records on file with the city of Scottsdale.
