Sun State Builders recently completed construction on a $17 million mixed-use industrial retail center in Mesa known as Gateway Quads. The 122,780-square-foot center via Greenwood and McKenzie Real Estate Investments is on East Germann Road and South 80th Street. The project began construction in August 2023 and finished in late April 2024.
