In 2020, then Mayor Jim Lane and City Council approved the 735-unit complex, which includes 250,000 square feet of office space and 5,700 square feet of retail space on 24 acres at 64th Street and McDowell Road. Phoenix is over on the south side of McDowell Road, with Tempe to the east. Papago Sports Complex and Desert Botanical Garden are Entrada neighbors to the west.
