The Switchyard, a newly announced $120M mixed-use project in Queen Creek that will include a Postino, is set to break ground later this year. Real estate development company, Creation, announced that the project, located on the northeast corner of Ellsworth and Ocotillo roads, will blend restaurants, retail spaces, offices and multi-family housing, according to a company press release.
