Denver-based DPC Cos, of Scottsdale Entrada and the Park at San Tan Chandler acclaim, is proposing a new residential mixed-use development at the W/NWC Scottsdale Rd and Shea Blvd, a multi-tenant commercial 8.5-acre site. The project, dubbed Cosanti Commons, is a four-story, 240-unit property with DPC partnering with High Street Residential.
