Multifamily management company MEB Management Services and third-party property management and consulting firm Weller Management have merged. The combined national management company will be known as Bryten Real Estate Partners. Pre-merger, Phoenix-based MEB Management Services had a staff of 700 and managed more than 27,000 residential units in the southwestern U.S., including 4,200 units in new developments expected to open this year. Another 5,000-plus new units under development are under contract for mid-2024 into 2025. Weller, meanwhile, employed 450 staff members and managed almost 20,000 units.
