Scottsdale real estate investment firm Rise48 Equity has plans to acquire 750 multifamily units in Charlotte, North Carolina, by the end of 2024 as it establishes an East Coast presence. The company, which focuses on multifamily investment, has hit the ground running with two Charlotte properties under contract, according to co-founder and CEO Zach Haptonstall.
