Rockefeller Group has broken ground on two build-to-rent communities in South Phoenix. The group purchased two parcels for $8.7 million, less than two miles apart, and will build 152 townhomes and carriage-style units. The company has selected Mosaic as its BTR contractor. The Corsica Villas at 20th St. and Corsica Villas at Euclid Ave. & 7th St. will offer different models and floorplans. The 20th St. location will feature 68 units with attached 2-car garages in 2- and 3-bedroom floor plans, while the Euclid Ave. & 7th St. site will offer 84 units, including 2-bedroom carriage units with attached garages and 3-bedroom townhomes
