Located at 100 N. Stone Ave., the iconic structure was constructed in 1929. The building, which used to be a hotel, was once the site of Tucson’s biggest tragedy when 29 died as a result of a fire in 1970. It was later converted to office space and is currently approximately 50% occupied.
