A seven-building office business park minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is under new ownership with a new vision for the park in mind. The Executive Center at Southbank has been acquired by Initial Development, a local real estate firm founded by David Baum, the president of Trademark Visual Inc. Initial Development is marketing the Phoenix business park, which spans more than 141,000 square feet of existing space, to industrial users.
