Atlanta-based Student Quarters has acquired Champions Club, a 76-unit, 232-bed student housing property near the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Ark., for a reported $23.3 million, or $306,578 per unit. It is now the second Fayetteville property owned by Student Quarters. The price and seller, affiliates of Ashland Capital, were reported by Talk Business & Politics.
