Greystar plans to unveil its largest development ever, The Row at Red Hill, in Southern California’s Orange County. The development’s amenities, retail and public art are scheduled to open August 1. When fully completed next year, the $650 million Santa Ana property will offer 1,100 housing units, 40,000 square feet of commercial space, four parking structures and generous open space.
