High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has begun pre-leasing at Vivo on Harbor, its development in the San Pedro Waterfront Arts District, with anticipated move-ins this November. Vivo on Harbor is comprised of 137 waterfront units and is located at the gateway to the Port of Los Angeles.
