High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has commenced construction on One Meadow Glen, a new residential community in Millbrae, a Bay Area city situated about 15 miles south of San Francisco. The six-story project will offer 278 apartments, including 26 affordable units, and 17k sf of ground floor retail space. Construction is expected to be complete in Q2 2027.
