Leasing is now underway at Solana at Duarte Station, a new 292-unit luxury apartment community in the eastern San Gabriel Valley city of Duarte. The project, a development of MBK Rental Living, is situated adjacent to the prestigious City of Hope Medical Campus and the lively Duarte Station neighborhood. The five-story project includes a mix of apartment types wrapped around an eight-story parking structure on 3.43 acres. Solana will be moving residents in by the end of February.
