Westport Properties Inc paid $8 mil for a 2.27-acre redevelopment site in the San Gabriel Valley city of Covina. The deal works out to $3.52 mil per acre. Westport plans to develop a modern four-story, self-storage facility spanning approximately 180k sf on the site, addressing the surging demand for premium storage solutions in the region.
