GPI Companies has completed extensive improvements at its 250k sf medical and office campus in La Jolla. The property, located at 8950 Villa La Jolla Drive, has been rebranded as the La Jolla Wellness Center.

The campus consists of four separate buildings, 680 parking spaces and a new nine-story, 114k sf state-of-the-art academic building occupied by UC San Diego. That building, located at the corner of La Jolla Village Dri, opened last summer. The property also features over 30k sf of outdoor gathering areas and a lively Bird Rock Coffee Roasters café.
