Sentinel Real Estate Corp. has acquired The Venue at Orange, a 328-unit community in Redlands, Calif., from developer LuxView Properties. The company paid $148.4 million for the asset, or the equivalent of $452,439 per unit.

Institutional Property Advisors brokered the deal on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.

The previous owner completed the property in 2023 with the aid of a $66.8 million construction loan provided by Principal Financial Group, which is set to mature in 2026, according to Yardi Matrix information.
