NOVEL FlatIron by Crescent Communities will be a new, five-story, 345-unit luxury multifamily residential community at FlatIron Crossing, a mixed-use project in Broomfield, CO. The retail and entertainment center also includes 65,000 square feet of dining, entertainment, and retail.

The project, anticipated to start construction in summer 2025, is called The HiFi, an abbreviated version of “Hello FlatIron”. The opening is slated for late 2026. It will be at 1 W Flatiron Crossing Dr., Broomfield.
