JLL Capital Markets announced today that it arranged a $72.359 million construction loan for The Amble, a 42-unit, luxury residential project to be located at the base of Steamboat Springs Ski Resort in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. JLL worked on behalf of the borrower, East West Partners, to secure the construction loan through a regional bank.
