Utah-based Powdr Corp. plans to sell the Eldora Mountain ski resort in Nederland, Colorado, along with several other properties. The sale of Eldora would be the latest in a string of ski resort sales impacting properties in Colorado.

An Eldora spokesperson told KDRV-TV on Thursday that they do not expect any changes to “products, roles and operations” at the ski resort for the upcoming winter ski season, including the IKON ski pass, “and we will continue to conduct business as usual as we work to open the resort for skiing and riding on November 15, 2024.”
