Waldorf Astoria Residences coming to Denver. Colorado’s first Waldorf Astoria-branded property is coming to Cherry Creek. National real estate developer Property Markets Group (PMG) and Hilton officially announced Tuesday it would bring a Waldorf Astoria Residences to Denver, adding 37 luxury condominiums within Cherry Creek North. Sales will begin at $2.3 million, according to a news release. Dawn Raymond of Kentwood Real Estate will lead sales of the luxury condos ranging from 1,350 square feet to 4,320 square feet.
