Thompson Thrift, a full-service national multifamily firm, completed the sale of a luxury apartment development in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as the company looks to expand its footprint the Mountain West and Sun Belt.

Located at 7295 Ascent View in Colorado Springs, Thomson Thrift completed the project it named Apex in 2023. The 20-acre site includes 360 Class A apartment units ranging from one- to three-bedrooms with an average size of nearly 1,000 square feet and includes 129 detached garages. Apex sits a half-mile east of Powers Boulevard off Woodmen Road, adjacent to the St. Francis Medical Center and just a 20-minute drive northeast of downtown Colorado Springs.
