DPC Companies and Ogilvie Partners are moving forward with plans to reshape the one-time Cinderella City Mall in Englewood. The two companies bought the property, which today is called Englewood CityCenter, earlier this year for $5.2 million.
The Denver Business Journal reports the vision includes transforming the approximately 220,000 square feet of mixed-use property into a place where people can live, work and shop. The goal is to add multifamily apartments and a hotel to the current property.
