Trader Joe's is continuing its expansion in Colorado with a new store set to open this year.

The grocery store chain is planning to open a location in Westminster at 9350 Sheridan Blvd., in the City Center Marketplace near 92nd Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard.

The City of Westminster said the new Trader Joe's will be located in the currently vacant 25,000-square-foot space between Golf Galaxy and Sierra Trading Post.
