A partnership between Hillside Commercial Group and Landmark Homes’ Livmark Communities is developing the second phase of The Bend at Highland Meadows in Loveland, Colo. This 45-unit build-to-rent component is slated for completion in the fall of 2026.

Livmark’s in-house general contractor, Landmark Construction Solutions, is leading the homebuilding efforts. Greystar will provide BTR property management.
